2nd Annual Star Wars Reading Challenge
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
The Star Wars universe continues to expand with the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story! What better time to bring back the Star Wars Reading Challenge for a second year? Only novels set in the Star Wars universe are eligible for this challenge and may include anything from the "Legends" timeline (formerly known as the Expanded Universe, which encompasses every officially licensed story material published before April 25, 2014) or the new canon.
While you don't have to review every book you read, I will ask that you head over to the forum thread to say a few words about the books you read. As with every shared universe, some of the books are really good while others just stink. Let's hear what you guys think.
For those not familiar with the 40 years worth of material that is out there (the official novelization of the first film was released six months prior to the movie, making it the first piece of Star Wars merchandise ever produced), this is a list of all Star Wars novels published so far as compiled by the good folks over at Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
