Synopsis
Arnie Davis, a lobbyist working for the Tempora, a parallel Earth into which Earthmen travel using time credits stored in "time-lockers", becomes involved with the mysterious Priscilla, and with Senator LeFevre, attempting to forestall various threats: the Mob's assault on the US government, and the manipulations of Earth politics by Temporans and by another group of aliens.
