My kindle is linked to amazon.ca, I would like to support WWE and purchase kindle editions for some of the books listed on your site. I cannot use the amazon.com link to purchase, I have to click through to amazon.ca and then you lose your commission on the sale. Just a heads up that you may be losing any commissions from your Canadian visitors.

Along those lines-when I buy a book through WWE do I get any message saying you received your percentage? It doesn't feel as though my donation has been acknowledged.
