In addition to the current Author, Publisher, Series, etc. fields in each work description, I think it would be helpful to have a 'Form' field to indicate which category a work falls under, e.g.:

Novel
Novella
Novelette
Short Story
Short Fiction Collection (Single Author)
Short Fiction Collection (Anthology)
Short Nonfiction Collection (Single Author)

(As far as I know, those are all the forms currently represented in the WWEnd database, though I may have missed some, and of course there are other types of SFF-related works that might be added in the future.)
