Uber User Posts: 1057 | PennyLane - 2019-09-04 9:46 AM I'm looking for "Mome" by Paul F. Rhaichen Hi PennyLane, I've been looking for this book, and what I've been able to find out is that it seems to be a book which was self-published in 1988. There doesn't appear to be a cover for it, and only one person on GoodReads has marked it as having read it. Do you have an image of the cover, or any further information? Thanks,

New User Posts: 2 | I had a copy of the book around that time, but I'm not sure what happened to it. There was a girl looking at figures of gray men in suits on the cover, I believe (my memory is a little hazy on this). I just ordered a copy off of eBay, but no cover was shown. When it arrives I suppose I'll know more.

Uber User Posts: 1057 | Given that it appears to be self-published, generally unavailable, and read by almost no one, I think that we will probably not include it in the WWEnd database. But I would be interested in hearing more about it when you get it!

Fair enough! I think its fantasy myself, given that all Danley's other work is fantasy - some based on fiction but turned into fantasy, like Queen Mab. But I can certainly see an argument for it not to be included. Thanks for inputting the rest.
ETA : Glad to see Olde Robin Hood made the cut!

They publish free sci-fi short stories and novelettes (apparently, also audio books!) Cheers! Tiffany Hi tiffanyamber, Your request has not been forgotten since you made it 10 days ago, it's just been under discussion. This magazine is a self-publishing venture which publishes authors' stories in exchange for website promotional backlinks. At this time, we only include in the WWEnd database shorter fiction which appears for free online at current or former SFWA-qualifying short fiction venues. Right now, that list includes (but is not limited to):
The exception to this is stories which are finalists for the awards we cover, or which appear in the Best of the Year anthologies which we cover. For more on SFWA-Qualifying Markets, see SFWA's description of the qualifications and their list of current markets. Regards,

Uber User Posts: 140 Location: Carrollton, TX | Hi Naomi, The Vine Witch (Vine Witch #1) by Luanne G. Smith, The Sea-Stone Sword by Joel Cornah, and The Sky Slayer by Joel Cornah are now in. For Quantum (Captain Chase #1) by Patricia Cornwell, have you read it yet? Can you confirm the Sci-Fi elements? The synopses I've read aren't clear. They make it sound like an Espionage/Techno-Thriller. Just let me know, and I'll be happy to add it. (Unless someone beats me to it.)
