Admin Posts: 4022 Location: Dallas, Texas | just watched Dr. Horrible! fantastic! if you've not seen it yet, run, don't walk.... well, go there now and watch it while it's free. really funny and off the wall. NPH is amazing and Nathan Fillion is hilarious as the egomaniacal hero. http://drhorrible.com/act_I.html - dave

Admin Posts: 4022 Location: Dallas, Texas | yeah, it really is a great little show! i got myself a Captain Hammer T-shirt and everything. i read that they are planning more episodes too, so we have that to look forward to. they had a screening at comic com last week. i'll bet that was fun. the only downside to the online model that i can see is that just about everyone watches the show alone. you can share your thoughts about it later but you miss out on the group dynamic that's makes a comedy come alive. - dave

Uber User Posts: 202 Location: Sacramento, California | The group experience will come later, as I'm sure that Dr. Horrible will soon be in some theater's midnight showing, like "Once More, With Feeling" is now occasionally.

Admin Posts: 4022 Location: Dallas, Texas | i've heard tell that there will be an Act 4 for Dr. Horrible! good news indeed but i can't verify. anybody know where this might be posted online? i tried the official fan site: http://doctorhorrible.net/ but could not find anything about it. - dave went back and found this: http://doctorhorrible.net/dr-horrible-act-iv/172/ i should have payed more attention to the comic con coverage!

Uber User Posts: 202 Location: Sacramento, California | It's been confirmed in several interviews that there will be more Dr. Horrible, but as to how much, and when, and so on, has yet to be worked out, since they haven't even written more, yet. But Joss, and some of the actors have confirmed that with it's financial success, more will be coming.

Uber User Posts: 64 Location: Dallas, TX | Just commenting to confirm that the DVD is well worth the purchase. The musical commentary may very well be funnier than the feature.

Uber User Posts: 202 Location: Sacramento, California | Thanks, Jynn. I actually just added the DVD to my cart at Amazon today, though I haven't pushed the "buy" button yet. I also added Daniel H. Wilson's Mad Scientist Hall of Fame: Muwahahahaha! as well. I loved all of his robot books, and mad scientists seems like a great subject to tackle. I'll buy Dr. Horrible soon, probably, so I can share it with friends without having to bring my iPod or harddrive along.
