Change in the rules this year, which should make it easier to complete.

Just finished this with:

The Defining Science Fiction Books of the 1950s: Between Planets, Starman Jones, The Time Traders
The Defining Science Fiction Books of the 1960s: A Plague of Pythons
Baen Reader's List of Recommended Military SF: Space Cadet
David Brin's Science Fiction for Young Adults: Red Planet

I originally had a plan where I was going to complete this challenge with nothing but Heinlein books. What the hell was I thinking? I've read four Heinlein books so far this year, and the thought of reading another one is more than I can stomach.

So... six books across four lists. I think I'm going to go for the slightly tougher option and expand this to six lists. It occurs to me there is a rather glaring lack of fantasy and horror in my selections.

Plenty of time left if you want to expand.
