I have mixed feelings about this one. It works as a story - young girl escapes terrible danger and has to travel to find an artifact, save herself and her part of the world. The combination of windspeaking and sailing sets it apart. Interesting reading and well written.
But the fate of the windspeakers hits one of my triggers badly. I won't follow up on this novella.
