Wow this one is a tough read. And long. And wordy. I always finish a book by Eco wondering whether I liked it or not, and never do figure out an answer to that. This one was no different.
Eco is certainly a master of words, and he clearly loves words, he certainly uses enough of them. But the good thing is he does know how to use them. I still come back to Eco every time even knowing I will be enthralled and frustrated in equal measures by the end.
I suggest you give it a go.
