This book was not at all what I expected, but in a great way! I somehow didn't see the RSS symbol on the cover so I asumed the title Feed refered to zombies chowing down on some delicious brains. Well, it doesn't. It refers to a news feed. This book is basically about how bloggers are changing the news with a great dose of zombies thrown in. I liked it so much that I read the other 2 books in the trilogy within a week. This is one where I don't know how to review it without spoiling anything, so I'll just talk about how much I love the main charachter, George. George, which is short for Georgia (because in this wolrd a lot of people are named after George Romero, who is a hero), is an extremely refreshing protagonist. She's smart, she's technologically inclined, and she can shoot a gun with the best of them. Basically she is what a woman would hope to be capable of after the zombie apocalypse which makes her immensely likable. The other main character is her brother Shaun. Togther they make up a fearless duo of reporters, and while chasing their dream of covering the presidential election, they get sucked into the very compelling story of a liftime.
