Everyone, and I mean everyone, will tell you this book gets great after page such and such. Page 300. Page 450. Don't believe them - this thing was the most boring claptrap I ever spent reading. I wanted to jump off the plane at several points. Deadly awful. "The adult Harry Potter" should say it all. Makes Titus Groan look like Indian Jones.
