This is a great take on the the Oz series, drawing in all of the main original characters, as well as some lesser known ones. Oz is a nasty, but still fascinating place. I was getting a bit annoyed with some of the impulsive decisions (with dire consequences) our heroine Amy was making, but it's hard to really blame her as she is only 16 years old. There are plenty of plot twists in this edition and a fantastic couple of final chapters.
