Bill, his father George (he calls father George, not Dad), wife / mother Anne died some years ago - Bill still hasn't adjusted to his father dating -his father gets married (as required by The Commission) just before they leave for Ganymede, as settlers. New wife is Molly, with daughter Peggy (~8 yrs old). They settle in, have some adventures, and help settle the moon.
